DAY 01: ARRIVAL TO LIMA

Assistance on your arrival in Lima and transfer to hotel. Free time to rest.

Night stay in Lima.

DAY 02: LIMA / PARACAS / ICA / LIMA

03:00 am. Pick up at the hotel for transfer to the bus terminal.

03:30 AM. Departure to the city of Paracas in the Transport Company Cruz del Sur.

07:30 AM. Arrival in Paracas and transfer to the pier.

08:00 AM. BALLESTAS ISLANDS

Excursion to the Paracas Peninsula, the most important wildlife sanctuary of the Peruvian coast Boat trip to the Ballestas Islands in the Paracas National Reserve, where we can observe sea lions, pelicans, penguins and other seabirds. Upon return we will have the opportunity to see the “Candelabro”, a giant figure in the style of the Nazca Lines made in the sand. Free time to take pictures of the sea lions, seals and seabirds. Return.

10:30 AM. Departure to the city of Ica in the Transport Company Cruz del Sur.

11:30 AM. Reception in Ica.

Transfer to the office, short break.

P.M. ICA CITY TOUR

We will visit the following places: The Cathedral of the city of Ica, some winegrowers and the Huacachina Lagoon, traditional resting place for the locals, the lake is an oasis in the desert, forming a splendid landscape of dunes, palm trees.

P.M. TOUR BUGGIE + SANDBOARDING.

19:00 PM. Transfer to the bus terminal, departure to the city of Lima by Cruz del Sur bus.

23:50 P.m. Reception and transfer to selected hotel.

DAY 03: LIMA / CUSCO (CUSCO CITY TOUR)(B)

Am. Pick up at the hotel and transfer to the Lima airport.

Am. Arrival in Cusco.

Reception and transfer to the hotel, welcome with a coca tea.

CITY TOUR + NEARBY RUINS

At 12:30 hours, we will pick you up at your hotel to visit the KORICANCHA or Temple of the Sun, the main religious center of the Incas; then we will visit SACSAYHUAMAN (a great Inca fortress located 5 km from the city), QENQO (sacred amphitheater and worship center to the god Puma, a place where human sacrifices were made), PUCAPUCARA (“red fortress” due to the hue of the rocks with the twilight light) and TAMBOMACHAY (temple to worship the water). We will finish the tour at approximately 18:00 hours. Transfer to the hotel.

Night accommodation.

DAY 04: SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS TOUR – AGUAS CALIENTES TOWN (B-L)

Pick up at the hotel at 08:00 am. to start the Sacred Valley tour, we will visit the archaeological site of Pisac and then the Town of Pisac, a picturesque village, after we will visit on the way the Towns of Ccoya, Lamay, Calca and Urubamba, in the last place we will have a buffet lunch. In the afternoon we will visit the village of Ollantaytambo, where we will see the Archaeological Park of Ollantaytambo, it was a gigantic complex in the time of the Incas. After that we will take the train to the Town of Aguas Calientes. Reception and transfer to the Hotel.

Night stay in Aguas Calientes Town.

DAY 05: FULL DAY MACHUPICCHU (B)

In the morning after breakfast transfer to the bus station, there we will take the bus to the Lost City of the Incas, “Machu Picchu”, where we will enjoy a guided tour of the main buildings of the citadel as El Mirador, Temple of the Three Windows, the Intihuatana, the Main Square, etc. This visit will allow us to appreciate the high level of development of andean civilization through the Incas.

P.m. Return to Aguas Calientes by bus.

P.m. Take the train to Cusco.

Arrival in Cusco and transfer to the hotel.

Night stay  in Cusco.

DAY 06: MOUNTAIN OF COLORS TOUR (B-L)

We will pick you up at your hotel between 04:30 and 05:00 am., To go to the Community of Chillihuani, the trip in tourist transport is about 3 hours, on the route we will take breakfast enjoying also beautiful views of the Ausangate Snowy, the guide will provide the necessary specifications to start the walk, this from the foot of the Ausangate Snowy; the ascent to the Mountain of Colors will be on average of 2 hours, already in the place we will have time to rest, appreciate and take photos of this beauty landscape, do not forget that the ascent is from 4,100 to 5,200 meters above sea level. Then we will begin the descent by the same way, the walking time will be less, about 1 hour, on the route we will have time for lunch, then we will continue the return until we reach the departure point of the walk, where we will board the bus, to return to Cusco, we will arrive at approximately 5:00 p.m. Night stay  in Cusco.

DAY 07: CUSCO / PUNO (ROUTE OF THE SUN TOUR) (B-L)

In the morning we will pick you up at your hotel in Cusco at 6:30 a.m. and we will transfer you to the bus station, this transport service is one of the favorite ones for the visitors because on the route we can visit different archaeological centers accompanied by a professional guide. The buses are modern and have all the amenities and services. Arrival in Puno at 5:00 p.m. approximately. Reception and transfer to the Hotel. Accommodation night in Puno.

 THE PLACES TO BE VISITED ON THE ROUTE ARE: ·

• ANDAHUAYLILLAS: We will visit the chapel called: “Sistine of America”, in its interior you can see paintings and murals of the XVI and XVII centuries made by mestizo painters; his art is in Pan de Oro. ·
• RAQCHI: We will visit the Temple of God Wiracocha, a monumental Inca construction where gigantic columns built in stone and adobe are located. We will also appreciate the qolqas or granaries used in the time of the Incas. ·
• SICUANI: We will have lunch in a tourist restaurant. ·
• LA RAYA: Intermediate point on the Puno – Cusco route; It is the highest point of the trip located at 4.335 m.s.n., m. where we will appreciate varied auquénidos in their natural habitat. ·
• PUKARA: The most important and ancient ceremonial center of the altiplano, comes from the Tiahuanaco Culture and is characterized by a series of stepped platforms.

DAY 08: PUNO / UROS AND TAQUILE ISLANDS/CUSCO (B-L)

After breakfast we will pick you up at the hotel in Puno, to go to the port and board a motorized boat, after 30 minutes of travel we will arrive to the beautiful floating islands of the Uros, we will make a tour of the different islands, then we will continue the trip to the Taquile Island, from the port we will start a 40 minute walk, going up roads and bleachers until we reach the town, then we will visit the different tourist attractions that this typical island has, we will appreciate the display of typical crafts. We will have time for lunch and then we will return to the city of Puno. We will arrive at 5:30 p.m. Then at 10:00 pm. we will take the bus to return to Cusco.

DAY 09: CUSCO / LIMA (CITY TOUR LIMA)

05:00 Am. Arrive to the city of Cusco.

Am. Reception and transfer to Cusco airport.

Am. Reception at the Lima airport and transfer to the hotel.

14:20 HRS. LIMA CITY TOUR.

ANCESTRAL LIMA: We will begin our tour with a panoramic view of the “Pyramid Pucllana” magnificent ceremonial and archeological center built in the fourth century A.C. and considered “holy people” by the Incas.

COLONIAL LIMA: We will visit the Historic Center of Lima, where you will appreciate more than fifty monuments and colonial buildings, highlighting the Paseo de la Republica, San Martin Square, Plaza Mayor, the Government Palace, the Archbishop’s Palace, the Basilica Cathedral, City Hall among others.

We will visit the MUSEUM OF CENTRAL RESERVE BANK *, where you will appreciate the “Collection Treasures of Peru”, a fine selection of gold objects, ceramics and textiles of various pre-Columbian cultures. Further it appreciates the MONUMENTAL SET OF SAN FRANCISCO, which is the largest sample of colonial religious art in America, which highlights the visit to its underground crypts known as “Catacombs”.

CONTEMPORARY LIMA: We will know the most traditional residential areas of Lima, El Olivar de San Isidro, Miraflores and Larcomar.

18:30 hrs: Return to the hotel.

DAY 10: DEPARTURE FROM LIMA (B)

Transfer to the airport.
